An Elf on the Shelf.
An Elf on the Shelf.
It took me a while to figure out how to write this post cause this is such
a beloved story by everyone young and old and I wanted to get it right.
So I hope I did it justice and you like it. So, with that, lets get to the story
shall we:
Chippy is assigned to a family that includes a boy named Taylor McTuttle
who has reached a crossroads. Does he really believe that Santa Claus
knows when he is bad or good? Does he believe in Santa Claus anymore?
How can Santa deliver all those toys in just one night? Is Santa a
magical being? Taylor doesn't know what to believe in, tell Chippy the Elf
On The Shelf shows up at his families door. Taylor asks Chippy if he is
real and if he is, he asks him to move and prove that he is real but it
never happens cause if Chippy did show that he is real he would lose his
Christmas magic. Taylor McTuttle breaks the elf on a shelf number one
rule, Chippy loses his Christmas magic, the entire McTuttle family lose
the elf. Threw the power of love and forgiveness Taylor writes a heartfelt
letter to Santa Claus telling him and Chippy how sorry he is which gives
Chippy back his magic and proves to both him and Taylor the most
important lesson of all: true belief cannot be taught. They both celebrate
Christmas, Chippy goes back to the North Pole tell next Christmas.
